We will gladly answer any questions you may have regarding your insurance plan, authorizations, or any other related questions. We are a certified and participating Medicare provider and we accept Worker's Compensation and No Fault. Our staff is trained to assist you. An insurance referral and prescription from your physician is generally required for insurance reimbursement, however, we also welcome private pay patients.
